MarketLinx’s RETS Connector application is a ready-made solution for MLS partners needing regular bulk-data downloads, brokers wanting easy access to IDX information for their Web sites, and other non-technical users. RETS Connector is a downloadable RETS client application that dramatically simplifies the process of RETS data access.
RETS Connector’s intuitive interface guides you through a simple 10-step wizard to set up a new download tasks. Tasks can be modified quickly and easily, and a built-in scheduler lets you run tasks automatically at predetermined times. RETS Connector can be used with any compliant RETS 1.5+ server, and can alert you when the metadata changes so that your searches always remain accurate.
